About

Hey y’all, I’m Justice, a Hampton, Virginia native and the founder and CEO of Justus Time. With a Master’s in Leadership already in hand and currently pursuing a Master’s in Theology, I’m passionate about blending faith and leadership to inspire others to step fully into their divine calling.

Every day, I strive to lead with passion and intention, and when I fall short, I’m grateful that God steps in to intervene. I understand that God doesn’t need me to speak His Word, but I’m incredibly thankful that He has chosen to bless me with the opportunity to be His spokesperson.

I believe in the power of authenticity and purpose, and I lead with the conviction that each of us has been called to walk boldly in the extraordinary path God has set before us. My journey is fueled by a deep desire to empower others to rise up, live with grace, strength, and unwavering faith.

I’ve learned that this isn’t about personal success—it’s about creating a legacy of transformation and impact that inspires others to do the same. Together, let’s walk with purpose, embrace God’s plan, and create something that resonates through generations.

Dedication to Segrid Hosey

In Loving Memory of Segrid Hosey

Gone from sight, but never from our hearts. You are loved and missed beyond measure. Nothing is the same without you, but I hold onto the truth that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Just as you taught me, “I will trust in the Lord with all my heart, and lean not on my own understanding; in all my ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct my path.” Forever, my mother, best friend, and soulmate.
Your light still shines, Sugarfoot.

-J. Hosey
